Keeping kids entertained can be a tough task over the school holidays. Look no further, we've thought of plenty of things to do with kids in Killarney.
Kid's Club
Children of hotel guests are treated to a fun filled programme of entertainment at the Friendly Fellows Kid's club. Taking place each weekend and during the school holidays on site at Hotel Killarney. Taking part in our club gives each child the unique experience to explore new games, learn new skills and make friends with other members.
Friendly Fellows is available at no extra cost. However some of our club activities must be pre-booked, age restrictions may apply as do maximum numbers. Speak with the friendly team at Club Vitae to discuss.
Kids Movie Night
In the evening activity sessions on a Friday and Saturday at 7pm. We gather into the Kid's Club as we watch a classic kids movie. Kids get the full cinema experience with a selection of snacks included. All the while, there's time for mum and dad to enjoy a meal in the restaurant knowing your children are in safe hands.
Soft Play Area
Let the little ones get lost in their imagination at the Soft Play Centre. With tubes, slides, bish bag bags and ball pools, kids are sure to have lots of fun here. The soft play centre is suitable for our kid residents between 3 and 10 years old.
Playroom
In the Playroom, kids have time to be creative with arts & crafts materials. There are board games here for kids who may not be interested in physical play. It is a calmer area than the soft play.
Pirate Ship & Outdoor Play Area
One of the outdoor play activities loved by kids is the pirate ship. The ship has a slide, climbing frame and swing area to add to the other outdoor games in the enclosed park. Kids create some very inventive and energetic games at the ship.
Crazy Golf
Another excellent onsite activity that allows parents and kids to play a fun game together. A 14 hole crazy golf course is available for kids to play with teens and adults.
Soccer
Budding football stars can take part in a 5-a-side game at the club. One of the favourite indoor activities, a game that provides lots of laughs for players and the spectators.
Fairy Garden
Embrace magic and imagination with a favourite outdoor activity. Trace through the enchanting fairy garden. Look between the trees and shrubs for a hidden fairy trail.

Club Vitae Leisure Centre
During hours that the kids club is not open, Club Vitae is an excellent passtime for families. The leisure club is home to a 18m heated swimming pool. In the same area, you'll also have a toddler & children's pool. All guests have complimentary access to Club Vitae during their stay.
While the kids are happy splashing in the pool, time for mum or dad to enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room or sauna! Don't forget, leisure centre guests should be under parental supervision at all times.
